This is Antony who before getting involved struggled like most with how to structure a training program. Copying from other fitness accounts similar to what I used to do. And it will work to a point but it doesn’t teach you what works for you.

He would make progress and then end up losing it all later on. Mainly as the structure wasn’t there.

So that’s what we did.

By adding in a progressive training program accompanied by the correct nutrition he was able to :
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⤵️Drop body fat
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✂️Lose excess around the waistline
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💪Increase his chest measurement
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔼Add 15kg to his Bench & Row
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⏫And 30kg to his deadlift!

In 5 weeks.

This isn’t magic, there is hard work involved (at times). Sometimes you just need to take a step back, look at the bigger picture to see what is going on.
