Avaliação Antropométrica ” conhecida também como avaliação física, mas você sabe direito o que é isso? E para que serve?
Dentro da avaliação física temos outra chamada de avaliação antropométrica, um método de investigação utilizado  que é baseado na medição das variações físicas e na composição corporal global.

Os parâmetros mais utilizados para a avaliação antropométrica são as medidas primárias (utilizadas isoladamente), como peso, estatura, dobras cutâneas e circunferências e as medidas secundárias (combinadas) como Índice de Massa Corporal (IMC), peso ideal, somatória de dobras cutâneas, entre outros.
Umas das formas e a mais utilizada para mensuração de percentual de gordura é através das dobras cutâneas, essas  nos dão um valor aproximado da composição corporal a partir da avaliação da espessura em milímetros, e para tal procedimento, utiliza-se o adipômetro, também chamado de compasso de dobras cutâneas. 
As circunferências informam a presença de gordura corporal e analisam os padrões de distribuição dessa gordura. As circunferências que podem ser mensuradas são: pescoço, tórax, cintura, abdômen, quadril, coxa, panturrilha, braço, antebraço e punho.

Ao teste de (RCQ) , relação de cintura e quadril pode ser usada de forma indireta para identificação como parâmetros de  risco de doença cardiovascular.

O IMC é obtido a partir do peso de um indivíduo dividido por sua estatura ao quadrado. 
A utilização de cada método dependerá das características do indivíduo (atletas, não atletas, pessoas com patologias, crianças, adolescentes, etc) e poderá ser utilizado mais de um método para que elas se completem e auxiliem para uma avaliação adequada.

A avaliação antropométrica é aplicável em todas as fases do ciclo de vida e permite a classificação de indivíduos e grupos segundo o seu estado nutricional.

Not really a body update just more of an appreciation for a healthy, happy body! 
No abs — no problem ✌🏽 you don’t need tight toned abs to be “healthy” I know a poop ton of people who ask the question “how do I get and” ya know dude I’m still tryin to figure that out 😅 
Jk. Diet. I can 100% say that it’s 80% diet and then working out. During my prep last year I didn’t have abs until my peak week, I was on maybe 60-80G of carbs (never again). A toned stomach is more achievable to the full on set of abs that we see on insta (y’all don’t compare your body to others) ♥️
Go to the gym not to impress the person next to you but to maintain a happy healthy body ♥️🐷
