Le Snatch 🏋🏻‍♀️

Mouvement complexe, qui fait souvent peur et qui demande une très bonne technique ! .
Il fait peur dans le fait qu’on se retrouve à la fin avec une barre plutôt lourde au dessus de sa tête, et que si on ne la maîtrise pas assez elle peut nous retomber dessus 😅

D’où l’intérêt d’apprendre à snatcher avec un PVC en décomposant progressivement le mouvement 😉

Attention, chuter rapidement sur un snatch c’est bien, mais pensez à tirer assez avant, sinon votre chute ne sera pas efficace et vous n’arriverez pas à snatcher 😅

Soyez patient, l’haltérophilie demande du temps et de la technique avant de maîtriser les mouvements 😉

Tonight was awesome I did a complex lift of shoulder press and split jerk hitting 135lbs and my pr for my split jerk is 135lbs so yea. Then I did a metcon I was craving a ghd sit-ups workout and I came up with this with a little bit of shoulders.  DB snatches I used 50lbs and this my friends is my second time playing with the 50lbs DB and last week was my first. Let’s just say 75lbs DB snatches here I come.  I finished with 135reps+15db snatches which gives me 150 reps which I am proud with that giving I used an rx weight DB.  My bench press and my clean and jerk/split jerk are my weak spot including the snatch which I am @ 130lbs my clean and jerk I am at 175lbs, shoulder press 170lbs and strict press 130lbs.  My numbers have gone up for some shoulder movements but I still need to work on technique with some of these lifts in order for me to go up.  Yes I had 6 back surgeries so my shoulders and my back are not like yours but I know how to do the lift the right away and always have peers around me. Little by little making progress.  I finished the night in the sauna 15min. So from the warm up to the sauna my whole workout took me 1hr and 17min which most of my workouts take.
