Dude. I have been slacking HARD CORE this holiday season! I have been a very busy lady and I was struggling to stay on top of my health game! I would go all day without eating because my day and mind were just filled with stressful tasks! I reminded myself today that this is NOT who I am. I AM capable of juggling stressful situations AND also being my best self! Sometimes you loose focus and only you can bring yourself back. Well here I am folks, I’m back! 🙏🏼💋

If you can make 80-90% of your day spot on with your nutrition — meaning that you eat a source of lean protein, veggies, healthy fats carbs at almost every meal — then you still have room for a little treat here and there.

People tend to fail diets when they try to be strict 100% of the time. They end up thinking about cookies all day and so what do they end up doing when they get home after a long day of starving themselves?

They eat every single cookie they have!

If you can work on practicing moderation throughout the day, your body won’t crave that junk food as much (you’ll still have some cravings—they never go away completely) but you’ll be much better at resisting that temptation.

Just remember next time you want a donut, pizza or whatever, say to yourself, will this take me closer to my goals or further away from them?
