Take time to notice how you portray yourself in that regards. The most important thing for me was eye contact! 👀 As the anxious soul I am, well I like to think that social anxiousness has now subsided, I noticed that I struggled to provide eye contact to the person who was talking and instead would be looking right past them 🤯 This could’ve came across as though I wasn’t listening or perhaps didn’t have an interest in what they were saying when in fact that’s not the case! So now I make sure that I check in on that 55% of communication and make sure to give eye contact 🙌

Deadlifts blow every other exercise out of the water in terms of total body effectiveness, HANDS DOWN!!

For starters, deadlifts work more muscles simultaneously than any other movement (yes, including squats). The deadlift essentially forces the whole body to grow.

IT’S NOT JUST A LOWER BODY MOVEMENT!

Since dead’s recruit the most muscles to perform they help build the most muscle which in turn will help you burn the most body fat.

Deadlifts are also tops in terms of strengthening the core. When deadlifting you hit all the surrounding and supporting muscles of the waist, backside, hips and, of course, lower back. Want that sexy core? Deadlift more!

Another misconception is that deadlifts are a gateway to snapping your back in half. It’s actually the opposite, when performed correctly, deadlifts PREVENT injuries by strengthening the muscles around critical tendons and ligaments.

If you can’t deadlift for some reason or you are struggling with proper form, try doing a hex bar deadlift. It’s easier in terms of set up and you don’t have to go so low. A second option is putting plates under the plates on the bar shortening the distance you have to lift the weight. This will decrease the range of motion making it a bit easier to maintain proper form through the lift.

If you haven’t done so already, make sure deadlifts are a part of your current strength training routine. Regardless of some people’s opinion, there is no better way to train your total body.

Despite having a nagging headcold, sore throat and cough the past week, my nutrition and training are dialed-in perfectly: maintaining 95% carnivoreketo after a few holiday deviations; very pleased with the feeling and outcomes of the past 2 weeks lifting.
As usual, all training is ~16-24h fasted.
I fasted 6 days last week.
Eating to hunger, which has been averaging 2-3 pounds of beef and 4 eggs per day.
Several tablespoons of: butter, bacon / bacon grease, cheese or avocado mayonnaise with most meals.

Zvedání nohou ve visu

Cviky na zvedaní nohou ve visu jsou mou oblíbenou variantou cviku na břicho po tréninku dřepů, tahů nebo spodní části těla. 
Během cviků s činkou na zádech nebo v rukou je vyvíjena kompresní zátěž na páteř. Zařazení cviků ve visu působí jako dekomprese a pokud k tomu přidáte ještě nějakou vatiantu planku, tak vám tato kombinace může pomoci cítit se po tréninku spodní části těla mnohem lépe a to zejména v oblasti spodní části zad.

Celkově doporučuji 2-3 série 10-20 opakovaní zvedání nohou a u varianty planku 2-3 série po 20-30 s aktivní výdrže (RKC plank je vhodnou variantou). ———————————————————————————
