Upsides though! No makeup, no extensions, dropping inches & Bf with only minor muscle loss. Glute shelf ✅ delts ✅ triceps ✅ .

A year ago, I decided to finally get a fitness coach to get me started on my goals, thanks to @culverpadilla who guided me through the process. Going through fitness also made me discover a whole lot of things about myself. 
Determination, that you can do it if you put your heart and your mind to it. The mind has to connect very well with the body. There are days you will doubt or see yourself in plateaus and then you ask yourself again the why's? The why's are very important, never lose those thoughts, they are the very things that can get you back on track 💕

Then came the heart breaks and the bad days and not to mention the very busy days. But nothing will stop you when you really want something, may paraan kung gugustuhin.
