Soak the biscuits in the milk, three biscuits then a layer of yogurt and a creamy shake made with the shape shake, 3 other yogurt and cream biscuits, 3 other yogurt and cream biscuits, I crumbled another biscuit on top and a little @whitelikemilk_ recipe

I’ve read a lot of jibber jabber around how building a booty without gaining weight elsewhere is unrealistic and about how losing weight in other areas of the body means that it’ll come off the booty too. And not all of it is jibber jabber, I mean my weight has fluctuated, I went from 14 stone last year to 8 stone in Jan to 9.5 stone now and I’m pleased to say that the majority of my weight is not fat! It’s taken a while, I had to work on my cardiorespiratory fitness first and then work with my own body weight and then muscle activation exercises (with resistance bands) and THEN resistance weights. I lead a very busy lifestyle so trying to train my weight under pressure just made me want it more.
I am only just starting out and I can’t wait to monitor my progression as I rebuild mentally and physically! 🤑💪🏽

#transformationtuesday | Natural gains are possible. I’ve read a lot of jibber jabber around how building a booty without gaining weight elsewhere is unrealistic and about how losing weight in other areas of the body means that it’ll come off the booty too. And not all of it is jibber jabber, I mean my weight has fluctuated, I went from 14 stone last year to 8 stone in Jan to 9.5 stone now and I’m pleased to say that the majority of my weight is not fat! It’s taken a while, I had to work on my cardiorespiratory fitness first and then work with my own body weight and then muscle activation exercises (with resistance bands) and THEN resistance weights. I lead a very busy lifestyle so trying to train my weight under pressure just made me want it more. This circuit in the pic will work your whole entire body in as little as 10 minutes or 20/30 minutes if you are mad enough to push it past the 7th round 😂
Much emphasis is put on core work and that is because core is the “core” (sorry for the pun😂) of our body and it is fundamental in every gymnastics skill so make sure you still do your planks and hollows if can’t you rain the major skills that day 💪🏼

Se tiende a creer que la solución es siempre comer menos y en muchos casos es todo lo contrario.
Si estas comiendo como un pajarito y te has estancado en tu proceso de adelgazamiento obviamente te has quedado sin recursos para seguir oxidando esa grasa. La clave ☞ MEJORAR TU CAPACIDAD METABÓLICA y comer más, y para ello el entrenamiento de fuerza es ideal. Mejorarás la capacidad de almacenamiento de glucógeno, la sensibilidad a la insulina, mejora hormonal (tiroides, leptina...), dispondrás de mayores niveles de energía que te permitirán hacer entrenos realmente intensos etc, etc...

Esto por supuesto no se consigue de un día para otro ni de un mes a otro, y en esta sociedad donde lo queremos todo para ya muchos no tienen la paciencia necesaria para conseguir estos cambios.
