People think that to get rock hard abs you need to do core exercises for a certain amount of reps, or for a certain amount of time..... WRONG! To obtain a defined and solid core, you should be doing every core exercise until failure for as many sets as you can! That way your body never will get used to the core exercises you’re doing. It’ll always be challenged👍🏻😁⁣

Two great exercises to do during a core workout are Ab Wheel Rollouts and Standing Cable Oblique Rotations.⁣

The Ab Wheel helps to strengthen and workout all the accessory muscles in your core. It is a total core exercise. Standing Cable Oblique Rotations specifically target your obliques. While the accessory muscles are activated, the obliques are the main focus of this exercise. When you’re doing these exercises, you want to make sure to do clean, and concise reps to ensure the best results👍🏻⁣

Leg day today. I give props to @patrick_richardson20 for coming up with this workout plan and focusing on muscle endurance these next 4 weeks. Also did hamstring curls and calf raises ending with 5 farmer walks. 100 regular squats and 100 single leg squats had my legs dead today 😩 Last 2 videos were 2 ab exercises we did. On total we do about 8-10 Ab exercises a day and we do it in a circuit, non stop about 3 sets or all of them. Normally 20-30 minute sessions.

Gut health is essential to your progression towards a healthy lifestyle. If your gut is unhealthy, eating clean will not matter since your body won't be able to experience the health benefits. When I was younger I ate a lot of foods that aided in my constant stomach pain. Once I started to eat healthier my continuous stomach pain began to diminish.

The ewd skullcrusher 💀 ♣️try to keep shoulder to elbow pointing vertically throughout.
♥️try to keep elbows as narrow as possible to activate traps more I find using an overhand grip helps with this including the thumb
♠️really good for hypertrophy (8-12 rep range)
