1️⃣ Downward Dog x 30 seconds (3x)
2️⃣ Clasped Hands Forward Fold x 45 seconds (2x)
3️⃣ Mountain Pose x 1 minute (3x)
4️⃣ Tree Pose x 1 minute each side
5️⃣ Cobra Pose x 5 deep breaths
6️⃣ Supported Fish Pose x 2 minutes 💓💓 After doing these poses your chest will feel open, your core will feel strong and you will begin to stand and sit with much better posture! 💕 I also believe that having better posture leads to more self confidence - which is so important! 👉🏼 I truly think everyone can benefit from these poses!! Allez encore une petite recette sucrée, promis après je vous mets des recettes salées, mais j’aime trop les sucrées moi 🤣

🥣 𝐼 𝓃 𝑔 𝓇 é 𝒹 𝒾 𝑒 𝓃 𝓉 𝓈

1 1/2 tasse de beurre de cacahuètes
1/3 tasse de miel
3/4 tasse de flocons d’avoine
2 1/2 de petites pépites de chocolat

📋 𝐿 𝒶  𝓇 𝑒 𝒸 𝑒 𝓉 𝓉 𝑒
.
Mélanger le beurre de cacahuètes, le miel, les flocons d’avoine et une demie tasse de pépites de chocolat.
Rouler en boulette et congeler pendant 20 minutes.
Pendant que les boules sont au congélateur, faites fondre une à deux tasses de pépites de chocolat.
Sorter les boules du congélateur et rouler les une à une jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient complètement recouvertes de  chocolat fondu, et les remettre sur le plat
Mettre au frigo 20 minutes
