I’ve been feeling so tired lately, probably due to lots of work, Christmas parties, and dark afternoons. I haven’t been to the gym in nearly a week and had to force myself out of bed this morning to go. I did it, it may have only been 25 minutes on a bike, but it had such an impact on my mood all day! Still feeling super energised! 🤸🏼‍♀️🤹🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀🏄🏼‍♀️

The moral, yes, resting is great, but I need to stop using ‘feeling tired’ as an excuse not to be active. Being up and out sometimes is exactly what’s needed, whether that be a quick session at the gym, a walk in the woods or a trip to the shops ☺️

Counter balance squats are the bees knees!

These help you increase your range of motion in the bottom of a squat by balancing the weight out.
⠀
This is a great mobility exercise to do before squats to help you warm up properly.

Do 3 sets of 10 reps before you get under the barbell!

As much as I love hitting lower body, I want the all the muscles, which means hitting everything 😈⁣⁣⁣

Here are some of my arm workouts from this weekend! I drop setted all of them 😭 Fitness tip: incorporating drop sets into your workout routine will allow you to work more muscle fibers which will lead to more muscle growth 💪🏻 Sometimes the most basic workouts are the most effective. It’s not what you do, it’s how you do it 🙌🏻⁣⁣⁣

She let me vent and said some kind words and it got me thinking, "What if Allie was saying this to me about herself?" So I tried to tell myself what I would have told her - and it helped! It helped me snap back to reality a little bit and made me realize that it was NOT as bad as I thought it was yesterday. Wanna hear the craziest part? I took a picture of myself last night and when I woke up this morning I thought, "I look so much better! Must have been bloated or something!" I looked at the picture from last night compared to this morning - NO FLIPPING DIFFERENCE. Our minds can play some nasty tricks on us. My advice if this happens to you: Take a step back and try to reason with yourself the way you would with your sister, brother, best friend, child, whoever you care about. It just

mas hoje cumprimos o treino de pernas 🍗🔥 • Papas de aveia 🥣 
Usei 30g de flocos de aveia e 20g de farinha de aveia sabor a bolacha 🍪 da @prozisportugal 
coloquei ainda 1/2 banana 🍌 esmagado e 1 colher de sopa de manteiga de amendoim 🥜, preparei com bebida vegetal de coco 🥥 
e ficou incrível!

A bit of a rant on my post this morning but I have a few questions. Why is it that a female dresses nicely and walks down the street to have a sleazy comment made by a man? Why is it that we go to the gym and have men giving weird eyes as if they are trying to seduce us? ⁣

And now answer me this. Why is it that a male can walk down the street dresses nicely and females let him go about their day without commenting on his ass in his pants? Why is it that a guy can be lifting in the gym shirtless and have not a single women try to eye fuck him?⁣

Also. I post a lot of my body on here and I can 200% say that it ain't for the male population whatsoever. It's for my girls… feel confident, get in that gym and work that booty. Do your cable kick backs and use all them machines in the weirdest way possible because you rock it. Have confidence and love yourself. Wear your awesome crop tops and booty scrunch tights, they're great. They make you feel amazing! ⁣
