Photo from Monday. Yesterday was my first day training with the push/pull split. For the past 2 years I been training single muscle groups a day. Ex. Arms,legs,chest,back,shoulders. I seen results with this method but I decided to switch it up and use a different method and see what happens. Unless something is working for you like crazy never be afraid to switch it up and try things a different way. It could be better, it could be worse, but you will never know unless you try.

I'm not going to lie. I havent always been the most confident guy. In fact, I still struggle with confidence whenever I'm looking to pursue a goal.

All the doubts and opinions of others may cause you to believe that you can't achieve your goals or dreams but you can't base your confidence off others.

When it comes to fitness, have the confidence & belief in yourself that you can gain those lbs, get stronger, lose that weight, or eyc. Belief is the 1st step in making your dreams into a reality.

Confidence is all about mindset. 
Believe in what you are doing and where you're wanting to go in the future. That leads to action. Action leads to results.

I have to remind myself of this everyday. 
Stay disciplined. Stay grinding. Stat being a BAWSE!💪 Tag someone who needs to hear this. .
