I was trying to find every excuse I could not to go to the gym this morning. I literally spent 15 minutes talking to myself saying how it was cold outside, I was tired and could use the extra sleep and could work out later but then I reminded myself if I start making excuses now It’s just gonna be easier to make excuses in the future. So even though it wasn’t my best workout and I had to drag myself through it I pushed through and got it done! .

I honestly hate doing legs! Now that I’m not training for football I don’t have the motivation to be squatting heavy but I know that if I neglect doing legs i won’t have the complete physique I want and I don’t want to be known as the guy who only does upper body. .

For squats I like to go heavy and do one warm up set of 15 before I go into 4 working sets of 6. I try to make sure I keep good form while breaking 90 degrees and getting as low as possible.  I don’t care what anyone says if you’re not breaking 90 degrees and getting low than it’s not a true squat... just saying!

1. DEL 
KAJ JE SPREDNJA KRIŽNA VEZ (ACL)? Sprednja križna vez (ACL) je ena od 4 glavnih vezi, ki stabilizirajo kolenski sklep pri gibanju. Vez je debel trak fibroznih vlaken, podoben vrvi, ki povezuje kosti v sklepu. Imamo še 2 stranski vezi (kolateralna ligamenta), ki dajeta kolenu stabilnost pri bočnih gibanjih: medialni (notranji) ligament (MCL) je na notranji strani kolena, lateralni (zunanji) ligament (LCL) pa na zunanji strani kolena. Potem imamo pa še 2 ligamenta, ki se križata na sredini kolenskega sklepa: sprednji ligament se imenuje sprednja križna vez ali ligament (ACL), zadnji pa pa zadnja križna vez oz ligament (PCL).
Naloga ACL je preprečevanje zdrsa spodnje kosti (tibia) v sneri naprej in stabilizacija kolenskega sklepa pri spremembah smeri gibanja. PCL pa ima nalogo preprečevanja zdrsa spodnje kosti v smeri nazaj. 
ZAKAJ SE POŠKODUJE (PRETRGA) SPREDNJA KRIŽNA VEZ? 
Najbolj pogost vzrok pretrganja ACL je kombinacija hitrega zaustavljanja gibanja na eno nogo z istočasno rotacijo kolenskega sklepa. To se pogosto zgodi v športih kot so košarka, nogomet in tenis, ko nam podlaga ne dovoli, da se podrsamo s stopalom. Pri smučanju se ACL pogosto pretrga pri padcu nazaj, ko smučko potegne naprej in v stran. Veliko poškodb beležimo tudi pri hoji, ko ljudem zdrsne na spolzki podlagi (led) ali pri hoji po klancu navzdol. 
KATERI SIGNALI NAM SPOROČAJO POŠKODBO ACL? 
Ko se zgodi prej omenjeni mehanizem poškodbe kolena in posledično pretrganje ACL, ljudje občutijo močan pomik goleni v smeri naprej, ob tem pa se občuti tudi pretrganje vezi »pop«. Ob tem postane koleno nestabilno, ko želijo poškodovanci stopiti na nogo. Koleno v večini primerov močno zateče (v roku 2 ur). V naslednjih urah se bolečina povečuje, hoja pa postane zelo otežena.

Perché praticarlo?
Analizziamo altri punti: ✅ Prevede l’impiego di esercizi molto vari e progressivamente più complessi con la conseguenza che vi divertirete sempre e l’allenamento non risulterà mai monotono. ✅ Mette costantemente il corpo alla prova formandolo sia psicologicamente quanto caratterialmente. ✅ A seconda del proprio obiettivo viene studiato uno specifico programma di allenamento personalizzato utile a migliorare gli schemi motori posturali e sportivi, al potenziamento del tono muscolare e al dimagrimento. 
In definitiva è un allenamento rivolto a tutti dai più piccoli ai più grandi essendo molto personalizzabile. Pertanto se sei stanco del solito allenamento e di non vedere cambiare il tuo fisico è l’attività che fa al caso tuo.
