Everyone likes to post their BEST but here’s some of my WORST! DLs felt heavy and slow today and my head was totally out of the game so I decided it was time to actually take a chance and “productively” faff around. My 1RM is 197 so trying to break into that 200 however I still haven’t found a truly best or most comfortable position hip height wise, stance wise and wether to start static, roll it, hips high or low so I thought sod it I’ll try 150kg for a couple and play around even if it meant sacrificing a little safety. Jeśli zabraknie mi pojedynczej rzeczy np. mąki jaglanej, to jadę do sklepu jakiegokolwiek marketu i zazwyczaj dostanę. Jeśli chodzi o większe zakupy to co miesiąc robię zamówienie w @next level.pl ❣ W jednym miejscu mogę wtedy kupić i witaminy i omege i mleko kokosowe i zdrowe słodkości i akcesoria treningowe i wiele innych. Stacjonarny sklep jest w Warszawie, w budynku gdzie często miałam szkolenia. To prawda, że jeśli tworzysz przyjazną atmosferę to ludzie będą wracać. Weszłam tylko po coś do jedzenia w przerwie, kupiłam zdrowy posiłek, personel chciał mi go nawet podgrzać (niby nic takiego, ale ja uważam że to bardzo miły gest 🤗) i pogadałam, pośmiałam się i już wiedziałam, że będę do nich wracać. ❤ Czasem wejdziemy do sklepu, sprzedawca mruknie coś pod nosem, wymownie

#ftgtransformationstories We met and talked with Smit Malkan this week and he remains undoubtedly the most honest members we have conversed with. He is 24 and has been gymming for almost six years at Fitness track Gym, Subhanpura. He has been a part of five to six gyms in the city of Vadodara but didn't find the guidance or the result favourable for him. He finally joined Fitness Track Gym and has been regular with the same since last one year and has lost around 14 kgs from 92 kgs to 78 kgs. When we asked him what motivates him, he says “Nothing pushes me better than myself.” He says you can eat whatever you want in the limits, but you have to workout accordingly and work hard as well. Smit consumes no Steroids and additional supplements and believes that nothing can help you more than natural food products. . His only message to never lie to oneself and to the trainer.
