Buenos días! Sigo en el hospital así que ya desayunaré en casa cuando llegue el relevo. Anoche quise subir mi recena pero Instagram no me dejó 🤔 Estos vasitos suelo prepararlos los domingos para toda la semana y los uso para las meriendas o media mañana. Anoche fue mi recena en el.hodpital. Hago flanes de claras y calabaza o cheesecake de calabaza depende por dónde me de porque las dos versiones me encantan.

Mini cheesecake de calabaza 🎃

Lleva calabaza asada, queso fresco batido  @mercadona o yogurt griego light @lidlespana , gelatina neutra, canela, esencia de vainilla, edulcorante, agua y leche desnatada sin lactosa.
Es muy fácil de hacer, pero si alguien quiere la receta al detalle no tiene más que pedirla.

#zerdeçal benim olmazsa olmazım..ama bakın ne öğrendim..ben kahvaltıdan sonra,yarım çay bardağın su ile 1 kaşık toz zerdeçal,2 damla zeytinyağ,değirmen karabiber ile içiyorum..inanın Allah’ın lütfu bu bitki‼️ 500 gr zerdeçal
100 gr zencefil
100 gr toz tarçın
100 gr karabiber (değirmen karabiberi) 
Bunu büyükce bir kapalı kavanozda iyice karıştırın ve oda serinliğinde kuru bir yerde ağzı sıkıca kapalı bir şekilde saklayın. 
Ve bu karışımdan ihmal etmeden sadece 1 çay kaşığı katarak kullanın. 
1 kase yoğurt içine bu karışımdan her gece 1 çay kaşığı ve 2-3 tatlı kaşığı bal katıp karıştırıp ve yemelisiniz.

Zerdeçalin Ağrıları yok etmekteki etkisi yok denemeyecek kadar fazla... Ve bu karışımdaki her bir preparat kas, iskeket sistemi, eklem ağrılarını dindirmekle kalmaz, zaman içerisinde ağrıları tümden yok eden çok özel bir güçlü birer nimettirler. Güç ve kuvvet verir. Io vi lascio ai miei conini farciti, vado a spaccarmi il mio upper body e torno per divorarli da brava fit-ingorda.. Have a nice day✌🏻😎 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 🎉Coni di crêpes al cacao con crema pasticcera alla banana 🎉 📣Per i coni
15g farina integrale 
15g farina di castagne 
6g cacao amaro in polvere 
90g albume
25g latte 
Assemblare e frullare gli ingredienti ottenendo una crema liquida. Cuocere in padellino caldo 2 crêpes pochi minuti per lato. Tagliate a metà le crêpes, arrotolatele formando dei coni, fermate la forma con uno stuzzicadente e fate seccare in forno per 10 minuti a 200gradi
Mettete da parte. 🍌Per la crema 
1 banana 
1 tuorlo 
60g latte
5g farina di riso 
Assemblare e frullare gli ingredienti. Mettete sul fuoco a cuocere finché non diventa una crema densa. Farcite i coni
