A 5-time UAAP Champion and one of the hardest working guys on/off the court - @tonino zags is back in the game! He asked for our help to get him into fighting form for the @officialmpbl. Apart from the usual team practice and all-important S&C, we're adding a little bit of cardio to the mix. Our goal is to strategically build his aerobic capacity and endurance. Double spin classes, 5km recovery run and strength training, and a Personal Training client...OH MY!! Feeling good today, rocked out the spin classes and made myself do a nice easy 5km! Really wanted to blast it out, but not today missy!! Inicio do ano sempre é uma época onde os atletas voltam as suas rotinas de treino e experimentam aquele “sofrimento” do retorno após alguns dias de treino irregular. 
Nesta época gosto muito de construir uma base sólida de fortalecimento muscular (na academia) mas também nos treinos específicos de cada modalidade. 
Hoje vou da um exemplo de um treino de corrida que gosto muito de fazer e prescrever para os meus atletas nessa época do ano: .🎯Objetivo: -Trabalho de Força;

🤓Duvidas: -Pode Fazer na Esteira? O ideal desse tipo de treino é que faça na rua pois o trabalho da descida é tão importante quanto o da subida nessa fase.

*Rt 10 e 21km = Ritmo que Correria 10 e 21km HOJE e não na sua melhor forma. .
**RT Da Subida NAO é pra morte.. tem que ser desconfortável mas controlado. .
***Tentar fazer a serie progressiva , ou seja, o segundo bloco melhor do que o primeiro.
