Staying healthy is honestly as hard as you make it, you can either eat right or eat so bad that you can't control a decent diet anymore. Doing things like binge eating are one of the things I've done lately, just to try to gain weight , but all it's done is made me feel awful. As tomorrow I step on stage for the first time I'm lying in my hotel reading messages of those wishing me good luck and couldnt feel more grateful for the support and words of encouragement! I will try to update everyone best I can on tomorrow and whatnot but i couldn't help but watch this video my buddy made and it has me proud of the work I put it and look forward to pushing myself even further beyond this of course!!!

Little #flexfriday action followed by a full strength focused push workout from last night

Got after it with some heavy weights, but the pump was still glorious

DB Alternating Incline Press
Worked up to 105 for a set of 4 I believe! These absolutely wreck me!
-
Then went to same Flat DB press( sound on) @laur_turner called me and I accidentally answered, she says “are you taking a shit” who’s not going to laugh at that😂😂 had to recoup and hit the reps! 3 sets of 3-6 there
-
Finished the chest portion off with Cable Flys for 4 sets of 6-8 and really focused on feeling the movement!
-
Moved on to Delts with Seated Alternating Arnold Presses! You already know how much I like these! 3x6-8
-
Crushed some side delts with alternating seated DB Lateral Raises for 4x6-8
-
Wrapped up shoulders with my all time favorite rear delt movement Single Arm Cable Rear Delt Fly! 4x6-8
-
And finally, completed the workout with some Alternating DB Skull crushers for 4x6-8 on each arm!!
