These are 3 of my most favourite exercises for firming and growing ma bum bummmm🙈 ⁣

Isolation exercises done with cables can be as effective as free weights for lower body & these workouts are also great for individuals with any back injuries! ( thank you car accidents orrrr maybe im just getting old LOL who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️) .⁣

Slowly but surely. I have to slow down on the sprints for a while, Ryan’s making me. My ankle feels like absolute garbage so I’m going to try and jog for longer periods of time instead of sprint which is going to suckkkkkk because i hate distance but maybe this will make me hate it less. Wish me luck •

‼️LEG DAY using only KETTLEBELL‼️ I just adore leg day! Did this workout yesterday! Can do it at home or the gym! Save and try these out! Before I did this workout (of course) I stretched and did some glute activation! 
Will be posting my glute activation I do before my leg workouts sometime later. I’ve come to know that doing glute activation before any leg workout sits well if you want to see results even more!! 3 sets of 15

1)Toe elevated deadlifts 
2)Heel elevated deadlifts 
3)Reverse lunges 
4)KettleBell swings 
5)Squats 
Ending my day with a HIIT workout and we will see what the rest of the night brings us 🌚
