I’m still here. Just getting used to this new routine, working primarily evenings now...it’s been quite the switch. But here I am, Thursday at one in the morning and I just SMASHED legs yo! .

1. Оливки или маслины?

Давайте разберемся. В зеленых оливках почти в 2 раза меньше калорий, чем в черных (119 ккал против 215 ккал на 100 граммов). К тому же в них содержится в 3 раза меньше жира. Думаем, выбор очевиден.

2. Чипсы или крекеры?

Конечно, крекеры. Ведь чипсы содержат аж 603 ккал на 100 граммов продукта, в то время, как цельнозерновые крекеры, в составе которых есть овес, гречиха, рожь, рис, кунжут, содержат менее 100 ккал. Плюс они дают больше энергии и содержат меньшее количество жира.

3. Смузи или молочный коктейль?

Выбор очевиден: смузи, приготовленный из свежих фруктов или овощей. В одной порции (стакане) такого напитка содержится около 70 ккал. Молочный коктейль готовят на основе молока и/или мороженого, что отражается и на его калорийности — 200 ккал/стакан. К тому же, смузи является еще и отличным детоксикантом.

4. Семена или арахис?

Здесь есть основания для сомнений. Но все-таки советуем не отдавать предпочтение арахису. Он отличается не только высокой калорийностью (600 ккал на 100 граммов), но и большим количеством соли и жира. В отличие от него жареные соевые бобы, например, содержат больше белка и меньше калорий (400 ккал на 100 граммов). 5. Томатный или виноградный сок?

Употребление стакана томатного сока в качестве перекуса может стать отличной привычкой в вопросе поддержания нормального веса. В одном стакане содержится всего 20 ккал, в то время, как аналогичный стакан яблочного сока содержит уже 45 ккал, а виноградный итого 62 ккал. Томатный сок включает в себя антиоксиданты и питательные вещества, полезные и для здоровья, и в борьбе со старением.

I like how this new split/rotation is coming together. I'll post the routine in a few days. Tonight's workout was stellar. The Pre-Exhaustion work did it's job and although 32.5 kgs x 6 reps on One Arm Lat Pulldowns is a PR; my previous max has been 31x12. Deloaded Dips felt wonderful and this is the first time I've Pre-Exhausted Triceps and it worked! Good stuff!

Had the most euphoric workout today because bench has never felt better 🥴 Top single at 200, would’ve been faster but let the weight drift away a tad bit coming out the hole. Smashed a 4x3 @ 175 and AMRAP’ed a fifth set for 5.5 reps after in the second video. Gripped the bar differently today I think it’s more of a Bear Grip now I’m not sure, but I definitely feel more drive throughout the entire lift. .
