Let's talk chest ! One of the biggest mistake we make with training chest or most body parts is that most guys train with way too much volume in a single chest workout , the best results for lagging bodyparts come through frequency , followed with intensity ! One thing I believe in is that the basics work best for almost all beginners and intermediate athletes , so stick to the very basics but play around the rep range and frequency till u find what works best for you. Today's chest workout for me was ... 1. Incline dumbell presses 8 sets of 4-8 reps (ascending weight) 2. Paused bench press 70kg for 3 sets of 5 reps 3.
