Perfect Fall breakfast🧡👌🏼 . Millet porridge (the kind is not for birdies😁)✨ . I usually wash millet 2-3 times and collect the water in a jar to use it for my plants (I do not waste it) I soked millet overnight in clean water and a cinnamon stick, next day I cooked it till done, then add almond milk, raisins and/or chopped dates, Ceylon cinnamon and cook for 5 more minutes. In the mean time, I stewed some chopped persimmons add them to a pan with a dash of water and some spices; cloves, ground cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin spiced, cook for 5-8 minutes until soft. Served on top of your prepared millet and add nuts or almonds, pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup since millet flavor is very neutral. . I want you guys to look at this video and remember today’s date 😆 My goal from now until December 31st is to do at least 2 pull ups with no kind of struggle 😁 Yeah! This girl likes to set up goals for herself constantly! I can’t be stuck doing the same sh***t all the time. Who else likes to push through and set up new goals? A major part of my progress has been the eating habits that I have changed. I can honestly say that my nutrition is on 75%. Just like they say: it is 20% exercise and 80% nutrition. I’m getting there 😎 You can also accomplish your goals if you start with small changes. How about drinking more water, walking more, getting rid of soda and tortillas. Trust me, those little things make a huge difference. You don’t necessarily have to kill yourself at the gym to be healthy and stay active. I just happen to do gym 24/7 because gym is life 🤣😎 (to me) If you’re ready to make those small changes, hit me up and I can start you on a nutrition

Hot salad @trianglegardenhitchin was prepped, cooked and eaten today. We used one of our mini pumpkins, some spinach, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, garlic all from our community garden and then we topped it off with walnuts and crumbled blue cheese. MOTIVATION · Well well well... Let's talk about motivation! It's true that there is lot of people who goes to the gym for 1 week and then...goooood bye😂 · Why? Lack of motivation! The problem? You are forcing yourself to do something that you DON'T like! It makes no sense!! 😩 · If you don't like the gym, don't go! There are different ways to workout other than just going to the gym: yoga, pilates, trx, calisthenics, gymnastics, running, swimming, football, basketball...the list never ends!!! · If you don't feel motivated doing something, change it, try something new, find what you love ❤ Once you find it, the motivation will come to you💪🔥 · #fitnessconfession I was lacking motivation a few months ago, so I decided to change my workout split and I start adding yoga practices too. But it was not enough😂😂 so calisthenics was next! And now I'm thinking about gymnastics 😍 And guess what? I feel the motivation in my veins again💪

From this trip, i confirmed my fascination with the moon and the metaphysical wonders of the universe. A little about me and my physique history: * I have trained with weights for 10 years or so averaging about 3 sessions a week realistically. Some weeks were more, others non existent. * I eat about 1g protein per pound of bodyweight daily and eat within my calorie target parameters. I don't always track my food but as I have done it for so long I generally know where I’m at. My goals involve dieting or adding lean muscle, I dont tend to bulk as I like to wear nice clothes and I’m too vain to get ‘puffy’. * I eat a well-balanced, very colourful diet, but also have room for junk when I want it (I love sweets!🍬) * When I train, I train hard and always know exactly what session I am doing every time I step foot in the gym. This is very important! * I drink alcohol 🍺, sometimes smoke 🚬and like to party 🎉 sometimes hard...😎 * I never eat chicken, rice and broccoli as a meal 🤢. Come on, it doesn't have to be that bland! It’s Transformation Tuesday and today I’m sharing Catherine’s story: Real and Raw. Tuesday Truth 💣! All of my life, I struggled with my weight. I tried a million things and never could find something that I could follow. As I am sure many of you can relate, there was a period of almost 5 years that I never went on the scale. The picture on the left, taken on our wedding day in July 2010, depicts one of the happiest days of my life. However, no one knows as happy as I looked on the outside, I was miserable and uncomfortable with my body on the inside. The picture on the right, was taken just a few short weeks ago. Sure, we are 8 years older, but, I am finally comfortable within my own skin. There are a handful of pictures of the two of us because I always hid from the camera. Not anymore. I don’t post much of myself here cuz that’s not what this platform is for, but every so often I like to show that I’m doing what i ask everyone else to do as well.... this is what a heavy heavy loading set for me looks like. Oh a couple of the reps my hips dip back just a touch, but I correct it on the following rep but forcing my knees forward more. Again then point of the smith squat is to make this very quad dominant, as is also the point of the ramp elevating the heels. This removed much, if not most of the leverage from the hips making this much much more difficult and placing tension primarily on the quads; although the glutes in the bottom fire hard as well. If you haven’t tried smith squats try them. They’re great for getting those hips below the knee; and stretching that wuad out as far as your mobility will allow. I credit this lift w the most leg development I’ve ever gotten from a single exercise and I’ve seen dozens of clients benefit more from it than

BOLO SAUDÁVEL DE MANDIOCA (sem lactose e sem glúten) ✅ 500 gr de mandioca cozida .✅ 200 ml de leite de coco @copra alimentos .✅ 100 ml de água . ✅ 3 ovos . ✅ 1 xic de açúcar demerara (pu utilize um adoçante de sua preferência - ver medida) . ✅ 100 gr de coco ralado fresco .✅ 1 xic de farinha de amêndoas .✅1 col (sopa) de fermento em pó 🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰 MODO DE PREPARO: coloque no liquidificador os ovos, o leite de coco, a água, o açúcar e a mandioca. Bata até formar uma mistura homogênea. Em um recipiente coloque o coco, a farinha e o fermento. Misture esses ingredientes e depois acrescente o líquido. Coloque em uma forma. Usei chocolate 70% da @callebautbrasil 💋 💋 BEIJINHO FAKE ✅ 2 xic 1/2 de leite em pó (usei integral da @nestle br ) . ✅ 1 xic de água quente . ✅ 1/2 xic de açúcar demerara (se usar xilitol pode ser que mude a consistência) . ✅ 1 colher de café rasa de amido de milho @maizenabrasil 💋💋💋💋 Coloque em um liquidificador o leite em pó, a água quente e o açúcar. Bata por cerca de 3 min. Coloque a mistura em uma panela e dilua o amido em um pouquinho de água. Leve ao fogo.
