⛰Маркотх трейл 21 км с набором высоты 
1000+ м. Дождь , ветер и грязь ! Кайф !)
Прикинув свои силы, наметил выбежать из 3-х часов. 
Со старта группа лидеров во главе с @suzdalev_anton стремительно удалялась.🚀
Красивое зрелище 😅
Вышел на намеченный пульс и в нем начал работать. К 15 километру посмотрев на часы , подумал , что если так и дальше пойдёт , то смело можно выйти из 2-х часов 🤪, но впереди двухкилометровый подъем с приличным набором. 
Грязь липнет  на кроссовки, превращая их в две гантели , пробуксовываю , смотрю как меня красиво обгоняют ребята грациозно работающие палками ⛷, замечтал  научится так же бежать подъемы🤓
По итогу - время 2:11:28 и  18 место из 166 человек 🏁
Результатом очень доволен тк это был проверочный старт в промежутке  подготовки к spartan ultra 50+ км @spartanraceeurope ⛰
Большое спасибо @trailrunningschool и лично @mityaev.dmitry за подготовку и мотивацию 🙌🏼💪🏾🏃🏽‍♂️ впереди много работы 🚀 мчим дальше 🌍

What to Bring
A rucksack aka backpack (GR1 or Rucker recommended)
Ruck Plate = to your weight requirement
If you weigh >150 lbs = 20 lb. Ruck Plate (or equivalent)
If you weigh < 150 lbs = 10 lb. Ruck Plate (or equivalent)
Hydration Bladder: Source 3L recommended
Nalgene bottle (1L) or equivalent (electrolytes recommended)
Reflective Ruck Bands (or equivalent) on your ruck
Windbreaker (only if the temperature is expected below 60 ℉)
Photo ID and $20 cash just in case
As a class, you need one (1) 25 lb. class weight and one American Flag. Use your event’s Facebook page to meet your class, organize training, and coordinate team weight details.
Flip-flops (not required) - upon completion of a GORUCK Light, it’s one of the seven great feelings in the world to take your shoes and socks off and put flip flops on. It also makes the hell-yeah-I-earned-my-patch beer taste even better.

Tired, dirty, wet and chilled to the bone (look at my frozen hands 🙈)... but happy to be back! 💪 And how was my first OCR race this year? Very cold! 3 °C and crawling under barbed wire in cold water, that was the end of my race and the beginning of my burpee challenge... 🤷‍♂️😂
