Found this beautiful shop at Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne at the weekend 🌱🍃🌾
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I felt just as excited as if I was walking into a stationery shop! So many gorgeous plants, plant pots and ideas for the home!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve never come across a plant shop like this near my home in the UK but need to find one when we get back.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Anyone Bristol based who knows of a good local plant store or even an online business? I really want to get some greenery into the house when we’re back from Australia 🌵

MIND FOOD : WHAT ARE YOU ON ABOUT? ...🍬
How can food help you mental health? When your in that deep dark place will a bowl of blueberries really make a difference?
..🍬
The simple answer is no. But that’s really not what we mean when we talk about mind food.
..🍬
Food is a way of connecting, a way of quieting the mind AND a route to better personal support. Food is a vessel to bring people together to talk when nothing else will break the silence. Food is a flavour that can give you a much needed hug when nothing else can.
..🍬
Mind Candy is about using food as a tool to support and inspire better mental health for the wider community. A way of sharing what we mean when we talk about a balanced plate and knowing that everyone had a basic knowledge of foods that can help stabilise our moods.
...🍬
Through experiences and workshops are aim is simply to start the conversation about food for your mind. Not just eating but sharing, making and enjoying. That’s what we’re about.
..🍬
Experience 28th feb 🍬 Workshop 3rd March .
