Operation fix Janes squat!!! Technique is a very dynamic component of training. A technique thats very acceptable at one load, becomes much less acceptable at another. In theory you would think as strength goes up then so does the technical prowess with it. It just doesn't work like this. Load will always increase, but BW often remains fixed. The ever increasing load will place more and more demand on the fixed mass and its structure. Range of motion that once offered sufficient force no longer does. Janes had issues in the hole and in the mid range. Not just on the ascent, Janes had a shakey descent. Shes also struggling to maintain the torque in the hips. Janes also developed a shift through the movement. The body will always move away from resistance and/or pain. We start by by exploring, we've added heels for torso angle, we've narrowed stance width to help with hip torque and power out of the hole. We are also searching out weaknesses, resistance or pain with some
