Sorry for the late post friends!! Lots of things going on so my social media had to take a back seat. Still working so I have to make this short and sweet. Was able to Rx a WOD again today which is a win for me. Almost 4 months now with this stupid injury but I'm slowly getting back to where I was. So if you're working out with me here's what I did

100 Doubleunders
50 Shoulder-to-Overhead 95lbs
25 Toes-to-Bar

With my hurt arm the Toes-to-Bar were the worst so I did them in small sets of 5 until I finished. Not the fastest time but I had little to no pain. Took me 12:27 to finish. Give it a try!

Le deuxième mois de l’année tire bientôt à sa fin, déjà 😱😱😱 Où en êtes-vous par rapport à vos objectifs de l’année? Pour commencer, vous êtes-vous fixé des objectifs? C’est le premier pas vers la réussite de tout ce qu’on souhaite réaliser 👊🏼 Personnellement, un de mes objectifs pour 2019 est d’être en meilleure forme que jamais!!!!! Et pour le créer, c’est certain que ça prend de la discipline et des efforts! Tout ce qui en vaut la peine prend du temps, et ce n’est pas différent pour la santé 🍓🤸🏼‍♀️ Chaque jour, je fais le CHOIX de nourrir mon corps avec des aliments bénéfiques pour moi! Chaque jour, je fais le CHOIX de bouger, non pas pour compenser pour ce que j’aurais mangé la veille, mais bien plus pour honorer mon corps qui en a la capacité! Je m’entraîne pour la vie, tout simplement, et mon corps m’en remercie tellement!!!! 🙏 Est-ce que vous mettez votre santé en priorité ou vous laissez vos excuses prendre le dessus?

Donut do it. Don’t do it 😂 Tonight I had a huge craving for @chickfila. But knowing that my gym sessions have been more miss than hit recently and a ski trip around the corner - now isn’t the time to keep saying “one more cheat meal” 👏🏼

Thank you @dinnerly for the AWESOME crispy chicken dinner with honey mustard sauce. Almost as good as @chickfila. ALMOST. And luckily I had my fav flavor of @eatenlightened ice cream bars to satisfy the milk shake craving 👏🏼

I ended up in my calorie range AND hit my macros instead of sitting here feeling over stuffed and bloated 🤗

Where’s my warm weather at? Cuz leaving for the gym when it’s freezing or colder out is hard to consistently do 😩 But at least I’m not screwing my progress up and making the battle even harder. Solid win in my books tonight 👏🏼
